摘要
根据箱型柱加劲隔板的构造,提出主方支圆T型管节点采用内隔板进行加劲的措施。通过T型节点静力加载试验,揭示合理的构造措施将使得加劲节点表现为内隔板首先塑性破坏、继而发展至主管上翼缘塑性破坏的模式,加劲节点的极限承载力提高明显,而且具有良好的延性。利用非线性有限元分析,探讨T型节点单内隔板和双内隔板加劲的构造措施、节点破坏模式和节点极限承载力的影响,发现内隔板加劲可能导致相贯线变形不均匀以及支管局部屈服破坏的现象更易发生。针对主方支圆T型管节点,提出内隔板的构造措施,并通过数值分析,拟合轴向力作用和平面内弯矩作用下内隔板节点极限承载力计算公式,避免因盲目增大加劲板而带来的危害。
The construction of T-type CR joints with stiffening plate is proposed,according to principle of box column inner diaphragm.It is revealed that a reasonable construction measure will make the stiffened joints show plastic failure within diaphragm plate first,and then within square chords,the ultimate strength of the stiffened joints improve distinctively,and show good ductility,through the static test of T-type joints.The effects of the construction measures,failure mode and ultimate strength of T-type joints with single plate and double plates are discussed,based on nonlinear finite element method.The study found that the intersection line may sag uneven,or the circular brace may appear local buckling failure because of inner diaphragm.The construction measure of stiffened plate and the scope of the joints ultimate bearing capacity are proposed,and the improper plate's size is avoided.
