基于旅游者视域的旅游可持续发展路径探析

Analysis of Tourism Sustainable Development Path Based on the Tourist Sights

本文以甘肃旅游开发为例,通过对来访甘肃的旅游者的意识进行问卷调查,并运用赫茨伯格的"双因素"理论等相关理论对旅游者的满意与不满意要素进行深入分析,揭示旅游发展中存在的问题,从旅游者的视角对旅游可持续发展的影响要素进行深入探析,并基于此提出相应解决对策。本研究重点为分析旅游的满意要素和不满意要素,并进一步探讨旅游的满意要素和不满意要素与旅游可持续发展的关系,明晰旅游的满意要素(即软件)的不断充实和完善才是真正推动旅游可持续发展的关键所在。

In this study, I use the Motivation - Hygiene Theory and the model for four types of normal human on workplace by Frederick Herzberg to analyze the satisfiers and the dissatisfiers with tourism, in GanSu. Through making clear satisfiers and dissatisfiers with tourism I hope to get the guidelines of the tourism development in GanSu. From the consequences of the analysis, I found that the happy tourist type is a key to tourism development in GanSu. From the consequences of the a- nalysis, To increase the number of the happy tourists, the satisfiers and dissatisfiers must be satisfied. I considered it had been realized to some extent in GanSu from the analysis of the survey. But it is very danger to environment and nature when the hardware of the tourism development went too far. Therefore it is a best way to the tourism development in GanSu that the software of tourism development should be made an effort more simultaneously, the hardware of tourism development that was out of regard for environment and nature should be made an effort too.
