The Centenary History of Popularization of Marxism in China and Contemporary Inspiration

马克思主义在中国的百年历程,也是马克思主义大众化的实践过程。马克思主义只有被人民群众所理解和掌握,才能变成改造世界的巨大力量。近百年来,中国马克思主义大众化主要体现在以下四个阶段:五四时期、延安时期、文革之前和改革开放之中。本文将围绕这四个阶段概要说明马克思主义大众化的做法、经验(包括教训)。尊重历史,正视中国马克思主义大众化的百年历程,当今如何正确引导马克思主义大众化,如何使人民群众真正理解和掌握马克思主义,使其持续不断地变成改造世界的巨大力量,是需要进一步思考的问题。

The past 100 years of Marxism in China witnessed the practice of popularization of Marxism. Marxism could become the power to change the world only when understood and grasped by Chinese people. The popularization of Marxism in China in the past century underwent four stages ： May 4th Movement, Yah - an Period, the period before Culture Revolution, and the period of reform and opening- up. The practice and experience （lessons） of popularization of Marxism in the fours stages will be discussed. Some problems worth further exploration, namely, correct attitude to the practice of popularization of Marxism, proper guidance of popularization of Marxism, understanding of Marxism by Chinese people.
