福州市构建海峡两岸区域性金融中心的探讨

On FuZhou Constructing Regional Financial Center Across Taiwan Straits

通过构建区域金融中心量化的参照指标体系,比较分析福州和厦门两地在构建对台离岸金融中心的优劣势状况,并辅以福州金融竞争力的实证分析,明确福州市建设区域性金融中心的必要性和可行性,进而对福州构建海峡两岸区域性金融中心的路径提出相应的建议,即加强两岸金融合作,增进两岸金融交流;完善金融结构体系,拓展金融服务范围;深化金融体制改革,推进金融产业创新;强化金融聚集效应,凸出金融中心地位;增加金融行业人才储备,推进金融行业队伍建设。

This paper analyzes the advantage and disadvantage about constructing the offshore financial center in FuZhou and XiaMen through quantitative reference index system, and adds with the empirical analysis of FuZhou＇s financial competitiveness, and we can see the necessity and feasibility clearly, and then putting forward relevant suggestions： to strengthen the financial cooperation and enhance the financial exchangest, to perfect financial structure system,and expand the scope of financial service, to deepen the reform of the financial system and promote financial industry innovation, to strengthen financial cluster effect, to increase the talents reserves and promote the team construction of finance industry.
