摘要
通过对岗位胜任特征的研究成果的回溯,分析岗位胜任特征的内涵,找出了高职院校的关键岗位。通过分析关键岗位的岗位职责,提炼出了每个关键岗位所必须具备的胜任特征指标。通过对各关键岗位胜任特征指标的分析,初步构建了高职院校关键岗位的胜任特征指标体系。
Through the backtracking of the research results of competency of key positions, this paper analyzes the intension of competency, finds out the key positions in vocational colleges. Through the analysis of responsibility of key positions, the competency index of every key position is extracted. And through the analysis on the competency index of the key positions, the index system of competency of key positions is setting up.
