高职院校学报的办刊质量与学报编辑的素质和能力有着密切的关系。从政治思想素质和业务素质两方面,论述了高职学报编辑必备的政治思想、法律法规、道德品质素质及文字能力、学习能力、科研能力和公关协调能力。

In vocational colleges, the quality of running the college journal has a close relationship with the quality and ability of editors. From the two aspects of ideological and political quality and professional quality, this paper discusses the editors＇ essential qualities of political ideas, laws and regulations and moral characters. Meanwhile, this paper also discusses the editors＇ writing ability, learning ability, scientific research ability and ability to coordinate public relations.
