With the passage of time and the change of people＇ s life style and concept, the Winter Solstice Festival, the Winter Solstice in the traditional Chinese society, becomes simple one of the 24 solar terms from one of the most important festivals. The customs of the festival have changed a lot. This paper combs and discusses mainly the changes the Winter Solstice Festival and its diet culture.
