Research of Deep Rooted Problems Concerning the Technical Restriction of Power

目前,技术被广泛应用于权力制约与监督,但技术的反腐败功能也有被理论界和实践部门夸大的倾向,必须清理认识技术在反腐败中的应用。关于监督技术的判断标准、监督技术的经济可行性、监督技术的接受度、监督技术的生命周期、技术制约权力的保障等深层次关键问题,值得我们进一步反思和研究。

At present, technologies have been extensively applied to the restriction and supervision of power. However, the anti-corruptive functions of technologies tend to be theoretically and practically overstated. It is neces- sary to recognize the application of technologies to the anti-corruption. It is worthwhile to consider and research the deep rooted problems concerning the technical restriction of power, including the judging standards of supervising technologies, the economic feasibility of supervising technologies, the acceptance of the supervising technologies, the life cycle of the supervising technologies, and guarantee of the technical restraint of power.
