福建省竞技教练员职业压力现状调查分析

Tracking Survey and Analysis on Career Pressure of Sports Coaches in Fujian Province

采用竞技教练员职业压力问卷对福建省155名竞技教练员进行问卷调查,考察福建省竞技教练员职业压力的现状。研究结果表明:(1)福建省竞技教练员承受着较小的职业压力,但是在外部期望维度上平均得分最高;(2)不同性别的竞技教练员的职业压力差异不具显著性;(3)不同职称的教练员在运动员因素上存在着显著性差异,一级教练员在职称上的压力显著高于高级教练员;(4)不同执教教龄的教练员在组织结构和外部期望这两个维度职业压力上都存在显著性差异;(5)不同执教成绩的竞技教练员的职业压力差异不具显著性。

In order to investigate the present situation of career pressure of sports coaches in Fujian Province, questionnaire survey tracked for 155 sports coaches. The results are as follows： （1） sports coaches in Fujian Province bear less career pressure but gain a highest score in external expectancy dimension; （2） the career pressure divergence for different sports coaches has no significance; （3） sports coaches with different professional title have obvious significance in athletic factors and first-order coaches have higher pressure than senior coaches; （4） sports coaches with different teaching years exist obvious significance in histology and external expectancy; （5） the career pressure divergence for coaches with different teaching scores has no significance.
