摘要
目的探讨微生物标本采集中的常见问题。方法 78例在本院工作的医生和护士作为研究对象,采用调查问卷的形式,对其在微生物标本采集过程中出现的问题进行回顾性分析。结果血培养、痰培养、尿培养标本等的采集均存在不同程度的问题。常规操作合格率较高,特殊情况下标本的采集合格率相对要低。结论微生物标本采集过程中出现的种种问题,既有医院方面的因素,也有检验人员自身的因素,需要双方共同的努力,以提高标本采集质量。
Objective To explore the common problems of specimen collection of microorganism.Methods 78 cases of doctors and nurses worked in our hospital as studied object;taking on method of questionnaire,the problems that existed in process of specimen collection was analyzed respectively.Results The specimens＇ collection of blood culture,sputum culture and urine culture showed problems in each step.The qualification rate of common operation was relatively higher,and the qualification rate of special operation was relatively lower.Conclusion The problems that existed in process of specimen collection of microorganism,had the factors of hospital and inspectors-self,it need the hard working each other,to the aim of enhancing quality of common problems.
