探讨GSTM1基因多态性对肺癌发病的影响 被引量：1

摘要 目的分析探讨谷胱甘肽硫转移酶M1(GSTM1)基因多态性与肺癌发病的相关性。方法采用"病例对照"研究方法,选择50例肺癌患者与50位体检健康人作为观察对象,用PCR技术对肺癌组(n=50)和健康对照组(n=50)的GSTM1基因多态性进行检测。结果两组患者的吸烟情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);肺癌组患者GSTM1(-)检出率为72.0%,显著高于对照组的46.0%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论谷胱甘肽硫转移酶M1缺失型增加个体发生肺癌的危险性。
