摘要
目的分析早期高压氧治疗对指尖再植治愈率的影响。方法选取指尖微型组织块再植患者65例(70指),分为常规治疗组(30例32指)与高压氧治疗组(35例38指),评价早期高压氧治疗效果。结果高压氧治疗组36指(94.73%)痊愈,临床疗效及甲襞微循环整体恢复指标均显著优于常规组(P<0.01)。结论早期高压氧治疗是指尖再植术后可靠的康复治疗手段。
Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen（HBO） therapy on post-replantation of amputated fingertip.Methods 65 cases of replanted fingers patients were divided into two groups,including the routine treatment group（32 replanted fingertips） and hyperbaric oxygen therapy group（38 replanted fingertips）,to evaluative the effect on early hyperbaric oxygen therapy.Results The remission rate of HBO group was 94.73%（36/38）,Clinical efficacy and microcirculation recovery index were significantly better than conventional group（P0.01）.Conclusion The HBO is effective in rehabilitation treatment after Fingertip replantation.
