义齿咬合痛患者软衬修复效果的临床分析

目的探讨观察活动义齿咬合痛患者软衬修复效果的临床效果。方法选取自2009年1月～2010年12月收治的70例127付活动义齿属于活动义齿咬合痛的口腔病患,随机将其分为观察组(使用软衬修复治疗)35例病患65付活动义齿和对照组(使用常规性修复治疗)35例病患62付活动义齿,观察两组的临床治疗效果。结果观察组显效有18例32付活动义齿,有效有16例31付活动义齿,无效有1例2付活动义齿,继发疼痛1例2付活动义齿,总有效率为97.1%;对照组35例病患62付活动义齿中,显效有14例25付活动义齿,有效有15例28付活动义齿,无效有6例9付活动义齿,继发疼痛3例4付活动义齿,总有效率为82.9%,两组疗效差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论使用软衬修复义齿咬合痛效果明显,后遗症低,并发症低,复发几率少,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the observed occlusal pain in patients with soft denture liner repair effects clinical effects.Methods Self hospital in January 2009-December 2010 were treated 70 cases of 127 paid dentures are dentures bite the pain of oral disease,were randomly divided into observation group（treated with a soft lining repair） 35 cases of patients 65 payment of denture and the control group（using conventional restorative treatment = 35） to pay denture patients 62 were observed in clinical treatment.Results The markedly effective in 18 patients 32 to pay dentures,effective 16 cases 31 to pay dentures,ineffective in 1 case 2 pay dentures,secondary pain in 1 case 2 pay denture,the total effective rate was 97.1%;the control group 35 cases of 62 patients to pay dentures were cured,14 cases of 25 pay dentures,effective 15 cases of 28 pay dentures,ineffective in 6 cases 9 pay dentures,4 secondary to pain in 3 cases pay denture,the total efficiency 82.9%,a significant difference between two groups（P0.05）,with statistical significance.Conclusion Repair of soft denture liner effect is obvious occlusal pain,complications low,low complications,less risk of recurrence,is worthy of clinical use.
