晚期大肠癌应用FOLFOX4方案治疗的临床疗效观察

目的评价和探讨FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期大肠癌的疗效和不良反应。方法 2007年3月～2000年2月对12例接受治疗的晚期大肠癌患者采用FOLFOX4方案化疗(奥沙利铂+亚叶酸钙+5-氟尿嘧啶)。第1天,静脉滴入奥沙利铂80mg/m2小时;第1、2天,静脉滴入亚叶酸钙180mg/m2小时,5-氟尿嘧啶450mg/m2推注后静脉滴入650mg/m2持续22小时。每2周重复一次,4周为1周期。结果全组12例患者均可评价疗效及不良反应。经过治疗,患者完全缓解2例,部分缓解4例,稳定3例,总有效率50%。毒副反应主要为消化道反应和神经毒性,以I～Ⅱ度为主。结论 FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期大肠癌疗效明显,安全性较高,初治患者效果更佳。

Objective To observe and evaluate the effects and toxicity of FOLFOX4 regimen in treating patients with advanced colorectal carcinoma.Methods 12 cases of patients with advanced colorectal cancer in our hospital for treatment from January 2007 to April 2008 were treated with FOLFOX4 re men（Oxaliplatin＋CF＋5-Fu）.80 mg/m2 of infusion were carried on intravenous perfusion for 2 hours in first day;180mg/m2 m of CF were carried on intravenous perfusion for 2 hours,then 450 mg/m2 of 5-Fu were carried on intravenous perfusion and then 650 mg/m2 continuing for 22 hours in first and second day.Above-mentioned treatment were repeated every two weeks,four weeks was for a cycle.Results 12 cases were eligible for efficacy and toxicity evaluation.the Clinical treatment effects were following：complete response in 2 cases,partial response in 4 cases,stable disease in 3 cases.and the total response rate was 50%.The main toxicity was gastrointestinal reaction and neurotoxicity,by grade I or Ⅱ for primarily.Conclusion FOLFOX4 regimen for advanced colorectal cancer is effective and safety in colorectal carcinoma.So it is better fit for the patients of initial Treatment
