摘要
目的分析乙肝患儿的临床五项检验结果,为乙肝防治提供参考。方法回顾性分析180例乙肝患儿的临床检验结果。结果 180例乙肝患儿中均有不同指标呈阳性,HBsAg阳性率最高,达93%(167/180)。结论乙型五项的检测对乙肝病毒标志物组合及传染性检测更加准确,可帮助医生诊断患者病情。
Objective To analyze the results of HBV immunological markers in patients with chronic hepatitis,provide for Prevention and control measures to hepatitis B.Methods 180 cases of hepatitis B patients were retrospectively analysis the clinical inspection result.Results 180 cases of hepatitis B patients have different index was positive,the positivity rate of HBsAg was 93%（185/195）.Conclusion The detection of HBV immunological markers,combination and the infectious examination are more accurate,it could help the doctor diagnosed the illness.
