丹杏饮治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛临床疗效研究

目的探讨丹杏饮在冠心病心绞痛临床治疗中的疗效。方法选取两院46例冠心病心绞痛患者,并将其随机分为试验组和对照组。给予试验组的25例患者丹杏饮治疗;给予对照组的21例患者心可舒片治疗,并对两组的疗效进行比较。结果试验组的冠心病心绞痛治疗的总有效率是84.0%,对照组的冠心病心绞痛治疗的总有效率是66.7%,试验组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的中医证候疗效的总有效率是93.9%,对照组的中医证候疗效的总有效率是76.3%,试验组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹杏饮是一种治疗冠心病心绞痛的安全有效的中药复方。具有活血化瘀、通经活络等功能的丹杏饮,可以显著改善冠心病心绞痛患者的临床症状。

Objective To explore the DanXingYin Decoction in the treatment of stable angina clinical application value and curative effect.Methods Select our coronary heart disease angina patients in 46 patients,and the randomly divided into trial group and control group.Give the 25 patients group DanXingYin Decoction treatment;Give control of the 21 patients XinKeShu Tablet treatment,and comparing the effect of two groups.Results The trial of coronary heart disease angina treatment of the total effective rate was 84.2%,and the control group of coronary heart disease angina treatment of the total effective rate was 65.8%,significantly better than control group（P0.05）.The group the curative effect of traditional Chinese medical syndrome the total effective rate was 93.9%,and the control group the curative effect of traditional Chinese medical syndrome of the total effective rate was 76.3%,significantly better than control group（P0.05）.Conclusion DanXingYin Decoction is a safe and effective treatment of coronary heart disease angina of the important compound.Have for activating blood circulation and eliminating stasis,activate collaterals functions of DanXingYin Decoction,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of coronary heart disease angina.
