清湿热祛瘀浊法治疗慢性前列腺炎临床研究

目的观察清湿热祛瘀浊法治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法本研究纳入100例病例,随机分为治疗组50例和对照组50例。治疗组服用精道排毒丸,对照组服用前列康。以中医症候、美国国立卫生研究院慢性前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CPSI)。结果中医症候疗效判定,治疗组治愈9例,好转36例,未愈5例,总有效率90%;对照组治愈5例,好转31例,未愈14例,总有效率72%。经统计学分析,治疗组中医症候疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05),且在改善NIH-CPSI总评分、排尿症状、生活质量方面优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论应用精道排毒丸以清湿热祛瘀浊法治疗慢性前列腺炎,临床疗效确切,它能有效缓解患者疼痛和排尿症状和改善患者生活质量,具有广阔的应用前景。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of damp-heat-clearing,dissolving blood stasis and excessive turbid on chronic prostatitis.Methods This research brings into 100 cases,they were divided into two groups by random,50 cases in the treatment group and 50 cases in the control group.The treatment group takes Seminal Duct Detox Pills,and the control group takes Prostate Health tablets.Taking Traditional Chinese Medicine and National Institutes of Health Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index（NIH-CPSI） as therapeutic effect index to judge the therapeutic effects.Results Traditional Chinese Medicine symptomatic through judging the therapeutic effects.In the treatment group,there are 9 cases of recovery,36 cases were improvement,5 cases were not recovery,so the total effective rate is 90%;and in the control group,there are 5 cases of recovery,31 cases were improvement,14 cases were not recovery,so the total effective rate is 72%.Through statistical analysis,Traditional Chinese Medicine symptomatic therapeutic effects is better than the control group（P 0.05）,and the total score of NIH-CPSI is improved;the symptom of urination and the quality of life are better than the control group（P 0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion Taking Seminal Duct Detox Pills can damp-heat-clearing,dissolving blood stasis and excessive turbid,and use this method to treat chronic prostatitis,clinical therapeutic effects are exactly,it can effectively relieve patients＇ pain,the symptom of urination and improve the patients＇ quality of life.Seminal Duct Detox Pills has a wide applied foreground.
