补肾活血合剂对糖尿病性阳痿大鼠阴茎平滑肌组织作用机理的实验研究

Experimental study on effect of Bushen Huoxue Heji on the tissue of corpus cavernosum smooth muscle in diabetic impotence rats

目的:观察补肾活血合剂对糖尿病(DM)性阳痿(ED)大鼠阴茎半滑肌组织的作用机理。方法:将实验小鼠用2%链脲佐菌素液按60mg/kg,腹腔注射建立糖尿病模型,然后在每只糖尿病模型大鼠颈项处注射阿朴吗啡80ug/kg,录像记录阴茎勃起次数。筛选DM性ED模型,将DM性ED模型随机分为正常组、模型组、中药高、低剂量组、达美康组、达美康+安雄组。除正常组外,其余各组连续给药l2周,然后处死测定阴茎海绵体胶原纤维,血窦结构,平滑肌组织病理改变。结果:补肾活血活剂对胶原纤维,血窦结构,平滑肌有改变。结论:补肾活血合剂对糖尿病阳痿大鼠阴茎平滑肌有明显效果。

Objective： Observing the effects of the reinforcing kidney and activating blood recipe affecting the tissue of corpus cavernosum smooth muscle of DMED-rats.Methods： An animal model of diabetes was induced by a single intravenous dose of streptozotocin（STZ,60mg/kg body weight） in Wistar rats.Recording the numbers of penile erection of eath rat by camera after subcutaneous inject of apomorphine（80μg/kg）.Screening the modle of STZ-rats with erectile dysfunction and grouping into 6 groups： control group,modle group,Chinese Medicine group,low-dosage group,Diamicron group,Diamicron combined Testosterone Undecanoate group,After administrating 12 weeks,observed the change of collagenous fiber of The penis sponge body,Blood sinus structure and the Organization pathological changes of Smooth muscle tissue Organization pathological changes.Results： the reinforcing kidney and activating blood recipe can improve the value of collagenous fiber of corpora cavernosa penis,Blood sinus structure and the Organization pathological changes of Smooth muscle tissue Organization.Conclusion： the reinforcing kidney and activating blood recipe has significant profective effect of the tissue of corpus cavernosum smooth muscle of DMED-rats.
