安徽农村土地承包经营权流转典型模式研究

Study on the Typical Modes of Transferring Land Contracting and/or Management Right in Anhui’s Rural Areas

安徽省农村土地承包经营权流转的典型模式主要有:"返租倒包"、"投山入股"、"买断经营权"、"土地流转合作社"、"大米加工业带动土地流转"、"借力产业资本助推土地流转"等。这些在实践中产生并经过实践检验较为成功的土地流转的典型模式值得其他地区借鉴,同时应注意处理好农村土地承包经营权流转中的经济利益关系。

The typical modes of the transference of land contracting and/or management right in Anhui’s rural areas include the following： ＂land leaseback after contracting＂,＂forestry and land in lieu of shares＂,＂management right buy-out＂,＂land transfer cooperatives＂,＂land transfer driven by rice processing industry＂,＂land transfer pushed by industrial capital＂,etc.These typical modes of land transfer,which emerged in the practice and have been proved successful through the test of practice,are worth referring to by other districts.At the same time we should be careful in handling the relationship of economic benefits in the transference of land contracting and/or management right in rural areas.
