摘要 从"工学结合"角度深入分析了南洋理工学院职业教育的教学理念、制度及模式,并结合国内职业教育目前的困境,从"工学结合"的制度保障、师资建设等方面进行对比,提出了借鉴南洋理工学院教学理念与模式的具体思路。 This paper deeply analyzes the teaching idea,teaching system and teaching mode of the vocational education of Nanyang Polytechnic in Singapore from the angle of "work-study combination",and compares China’s vocational education with Nanyang Polytechnic’s vocational education in terms of system guarantee,faculty building,etc.of "work-study combination" by analyzing the current plight in China’s vocational education,in light of which the paper advances some concrete thoughts on learning from Nanyang Polytechnic’s teaching idea and teaching mode.
