承接产业转移背景下的安徽职业教育研究

Study on Anhui’s Vocational Education under the Background of Undertaking Industrial Transfer

《皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区规划》的批复,对于安徽省的职业教育发展具有实质性的推动作用。安徽省的职业教育取得了很大成就,但也存在诸多问题。促进安徽省职业教育为地方经济发展服务的主要对策有:按照科学发展观的要求,大力发展安徽经济,努力提高经济总量;大力进行职业教育改革,努力使安徽省的职业教育结构与经济结构相适应;加强对劳动合同法实施的监督,完善工资保证金和工资支付重点监控制度;认真落实劳动准入规定,为安徽省职业院校毕业生本地化就业创造制度环境。

The approval of the ＂Planning of the Demonstration Area to Undertake Industrial Transfer in Wanjiang City Belt＂ by the State Council pushes the development of Anhui’s vocational education virtually.Anhui’s vocational education has gained great accomplishment but there are also many problems.Anhui’s vocational education can push the development of local economy if we take some major countermeasures including the following： making great efforts to develop Anhui’s economy and enhance economic aggregate according to the requirement of scientific development concept;sparing no effort to reform on vocational education and trying to make Anhui’s vocational education structure comply with its economic structure;strengthening the supervision on the implementation of Chinese labor contract law so as to optimize the key supervision system for wage margin and wage payment;seriously implementing employment access rules so as to provide systematic environment for the localization of vocational college students’ employment in Anhui.
