浅析ERP在我国中小企业信息化管理中的应用

随着我国经济和科学技术的飞跃发展,绝大多数中小企业已认识到自身传统管理模式和现代经营方式之间的差距,要想提高核心竞争力,必须进入信息化管理时代。而应用和发展ERP是企业信息化的重要组成部分,ERP已不是国际大型企业的管理装饰,已融入到许多中小企业的信息化管理之中,应用ERP来提高管理水平和生产力水平也已成为众多中小企业的战略决策。本文主要从ERP的基本理论出发,分析了我国中小企业应用ERP的现状,重点论述了中小企业如何应实施ERP。

This article mainly from the ERP basic theory, analysis of China＇s small and medium-sized enterprise ERP application present situation, discusses how small and medium-sized enterprises implement ERP and ERP need to pay attention to several issues in the implementation.
