摘要
本文分析了现代高校图书馆读者需求和服务方式的变化,指出了读者服务工作中要创新服务理念、服务内容和服务手段,并对创新服务的人才团队素质提出了要求。
This paper analyzes the needs of the modem university library and the changes in the way of service mode, point out that reader service work should innovative service concept, content and services means, finally makes a request in the quality of the innovative service team.
