我国中小企业信息化管理建设现状与对策研究

Current Situation and Countermeasures of SME Informatization Management Construction in China

随着信息技术的快速发展,中国企业面临着网络信息时代的挑战,国内中小企业信息化管理建设已经进入一个新的发展阶段,对于占中国企业中绝大多数的中小企业来说,信息化管理也越发重要。中小企业信息化已经逐步成为了中小企业摆脱自身劣势、提高竞争优势以增强竞争力与发展能力的一种重要选择。虽然众多中小企业意识到信息化对企业发展的重要性,但中小企业进行信息化建设仍困难重重。本文分析了中小企业信息化的重要作用,总结了信息化管理建设中存在的主要问题,并提出了解决问题的对策。

With the rapid development of information technology, the Chinese enterprises are faced with the challenge of the network information age, domestic enterprise information construction has entered a new stage of development of China＇s enterprises for most of the small and medium-sized enterprises, it is increasingly important information management. Small and medium-sized enterprise informatization has become a small and medium-sized enterprise get rid of their weaknesses, improve the competition advantage in order to enhance competitiveness and development ability is a kind of important choice. Although many small and medium-Sized enterprise realize informationization on the importance of enterprise development, but small and medium-sized enterprise informatizafion construction is still fraught with difficulties. This paper analyzes the important role of the small and medium-sized enterprise informatization, summarizes the informatization construction in the existing problems, and advances some countermeasures for solving these problems.
