高校辅导员创新、丰富大学生廉洁诚信文化教育模式探析

高校辅导员在高校廉洁诚信文化教育中,发挥自身特点和优势,不断探索和创新高校学生廉洁诚信文化主题教育模式,启动思想教育与文化主题活动紧密结合的"心灵深入"方式,凸显"营造氛围"、"深化思想"、"重视教育"、"融合活动"的四大特点,灌输以先进的人文理论思想,示范以身教重于言教的育人风范,以各种生动、灵活的特色活动为载体,以丰富的社会实践为依托的教育活动,时刻渗透社会主义荣辱观的精神之源,把"心灵深入"的思想教育融入每个学生的生活实践,引领和弘扬廉洁、诚信的精神风尚,体现高校为培养社会主义合格接班人和建设者所作出的努力和尝试。

The introduction of honestly reliable and ethical cultural education of young students based on the platform of ＂vigorously promoting honesty and reliability and building a harmonious campus＂ with continuous exploration and innovation for the integrity of cultural awareness of students,combining the ideological education with the cultural activity of ＂spiritual depth＂,is to highlight four significant points：＂create atmosphere＂,＂deepen the thinking＂,＂emphasis on education,＂＂integration activities＂,and to impart the though of humanistic theories,establish the model of demonstrate education,form the flexibility of comprehensive education,and build the bridge of practice,at the same time,to always penetrate the spirit of the socialist honor concept and the essence of ideological education to students＇life,so that make endeavor to foster students.
