河南嵩山少林寺旅游景区有瓣蝇类物种多样性研究

Species diversity of Calyptratae in Songshan Shaolin Temple scenic spots of Henan Province

目的调查嵩山少林寺旅游景区有瓣蝇类的种数和物种多样性。方法采用诱蝇笼法诱捕蝇类,鉴定种类,并采用生物多样性研究方法对结果进行分析。结果在嵩山少林寺旅游景区调查到有瓣蝇类5科11亚科17属28种,其中丽蝇科最多,调查到3亚科6属13种,种类占到捕获种类的46.43%。8、9和10月3次调查结果的多样性指标有较明显差异。结论嵩山少林寺旅游景区蝇类物种多样性较为丰富,调查结果为该旅游景区预防蝇类为害提供了基础数据。

Objective To determine the number of species and species diversity of Calyptratae in Songshan Shaolin Temple scenic spots of Henan Province. Methods The fly - trap method was employed to collect flies. Species identification and biological diversity reserch method were used to analysis the result of investigation. Results Totally 28 species, 17 genus, 11 subfamilies and 5 tamilies of Calyptratae were investigated in Songshan Shaolin Temple of Henan Province. Calliphoridae showed the highest dominance of 43.48% with 13 species,6 genus and 3 subfami- lies of flies. The diversity indices had obvious differences on the three investigated results in August , September anti October. Conclusion The Calyptratae had relative rich species dominance in Songshan Shaolin Temple scenic spots of Henan Province. The results provided fundamental data for preventing from damage of the flies in the scenic spots.
