摘要
目的:建立测定复方美登木片中重楼皂苷含量的反相高效液相色谱法(reverse phase-high performance liquid chromatography,RP-HPLC)方法。方法:色谱柱:Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(42:58);流速0.8mL/min;检测波长为203nm,柱温35℃。结果:结果表明重楼皂苷I在0.3040~3.0400μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为103.21%(n=9),RSD=1.26%;重楼皂苷Ⅱ在0.3080~3.0800μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为97.98%(n=9),RSD=2.56%。结论:本法操作简单、灵敏、准确,可用于复方美登木片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the content determination of paridis saponins in compound maytenus tablets by RP-HPLC. Methods: HPLC was performed to determine the content of paridis saponins using Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 colunm (150 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile -H2O (42:58). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was at 203 nm. Results: The linearity ofparidis saponins I was within the range of 0.304 0 - 3.040 0μg (r = 0.999 9), and the average recovery was 103.21% (n = 9, RSD = 1.26%). The linearity ofparidis saponins II was within the range of 0.308 0-3.080 0μg (r = 0.999 9), and the average recovery was 97.98% (n = 9,RSD = 2.56% ). Conclusion: This method is simple, sensitive and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of compound maytenus tablets.
