摘要
合肥水泥研究设计院研发的WHEC-5500型步进式高效冷却机在陕西宝鸡众喜金陵河水泥有限公司5000t/d熟料生产线上获得成功应用。文章一一介绍了该冷却机的技术特点和性能优势,安装调试中所遇问题及其处理,以及实际运行效果。在此基础上,与同规格的第三代篦冷机进行了技经指标对比,结果表明WHEC-5500型步进式高效冷却机热回收热效率高,不仅节煤又节电,且设备及土建投资也低,性能优势显著。
WHEC-5500 high efficiency stepping cooler developped by Hefei Cement Research and Design Institute was applied suc- cessfully in the 5 000 t/d clinker production line of Shanxi Baoji Zhongxi Jinglinhe Cement Co.,Ltd. The technical points and performance advantages of the cooler were introduced one by one as well as the problems and measures in installation and commissioning. And on that base, compared the techno-economic indicator with that of the same-scale Third Generation Grate Cooler, the results showed that WHEC-5500 high efficiency stepping cooler had higher heat recycle efficiency which means saving coal and power and lower construction cost.
