摘要
为降低生产成本,提高企业经济效益,西昌航天水泥有限责任公司对磷渣配料生产水泥熟料进行了试生产,试生产中磷渣的掺入量定为6.0%,熟料三率值定为:KH=0.92±0.02,SM=2.7±0.1,IM=1.6±0.1。试生产成功后实施了全面生产,生产中配料方案和熟料三率值基本不变,磷渣掺入量通过摸索定为5.0%。结果表明,在生料中掺入一定比例的磷渣,可以降低生产成本,提高熟料质量,获得较好的经济效益和社会效益。
To decrease production cost and increase economic benefit, Xichang Hangtian Cement Co.,Ltd. trial-produced cement clinker with phosphorus slag, and the ratio was 6.0%, the three clinker modulus as KH=0.92±0.02,SM=2.7±0.1,IM=1.6±0.1. After trial production sucessed, real production was took out, the materails discharge ratio and the three clinker modulus didn't change, the phos- phorus slag ratio was set at 5.0%. The results showed that mixing some ratio of phosphorus slag in raw meal could decrease the produc- tion cost and improve the clinker quality which could bring better economic and social effects.
