我国现阶段收入差距扩大的原因及对策

China's Widening Income Gap at Present and Countermeasures

改革开放以来,中国居民收入分配基本结构历经"打破绝对平均—相对平均—相对合理—收入差距过大"的深刻变迁过程。收入差距持续扩大是在市场化和非市场化尤其是行政化因素的共同作用下促成的。分析现阶段我国在城乡、地区、行业及阶层间的收入差距,初步总结我国收入差距扩大的原因,以及该问题产生的影响,并提出了缩小我国收入差距的对策。

Since the reform and opening up, the basic structure of income distribution in China goes through ＂breaking the absolute average - relative to the average-relatively reasonable-large income gap＂. Growing income gap is promoted in the market and non - market factors, especially the administration of joint action. The reasons of income gap between classes in urban and rural areas are analyzed. Measures of narrowing the income gap are given.
