刑罚执行监督是检察机关对刑事诉讼活动进行监督的重要职能之一。在世界行刑社会化的大趋势下,我国非监禁刑罚的适用比例进一步加大,检察机关非监禁刑执行监督工作也越来越重要。然而,由于检察机关对非监禁刑执行监督缺乏足够关注,对非监禁刑执行监督的理论研究欠缺,以致实践中存在一些问题,需要认真分析,以期完善我国非监禁刑执行监督体制。

Penal execution supervision is one of important functions of supervision procuratorial organs to criminal lawsuit activity. In the world of the execution socialization of big tendency, the application of the proportion of non-custodial penalty is further increased. And the procuratorial organs non-confinement penalty execution supervision is also more and more important. However, as procuratorial organs＇ lack of enough attention, and theoretical studies＇ deficient, there are some problems about the nonconfinement penalty execution supervision in practice. These issues must be carefully analyzed to improve the non-confinement penalty execution supervision system.
