提高国际舆论影响力 推进我军“软实力”建设

Enhancing the world opinion influence to develop military soft power

当今世界,军队"软实力"的较量已成为各国综合国力较量的重要指数,各国军队都加快"软实力"建设的步伐。在这一过程中,国际舆论影响力发挥了极其重要的作用。文中从提高国际舆论影响力对军队"软实力"建设的重要意义,提高国际舆论影响力提升我军"软实力"面临的主要挑战,提高国际舆论影响力推进我军"软实力"建设的新途径三方面进行了阐述。

In todayrs world, the military soft power becomes an important parameter in the competition of each country＇s comprehensive national strength. Therefore, all the countries have sped up the construction of soft power for their national forces. The enhancement of the world opinion influence plays an important role in this process. This paper mainly elaborates the following three aspects： the great significance of enhancing the world opinion influence for developing military soft power; major challenges confronting the process of strengthening China＇s military soft power through enhancing our world opinion influence; new approaches of enhancing our world opinion influence.
