管理创新是21世纪有效推动组织变革的基本方略,一流管理是创建一流院校的重要手段。文中通过探寻军校管理创新的内涵意蕴,提出了创新军校管理的基本对策,对军队院校实施科学高效的管理,降低军校建设成本、提高人才培养质量具有重要的现实意义。

Innovating administration is the key measure to achieve one team＇s goal effectively in the 21st century. There is usually an advanced administration in the development of one excellent university. This paper analyzes the causations, the connotation and the practical principles of administration innovation in operating military academies. Above all, some measures are put forward to promote military academies＇ administration.
