摘要
高职院校新教师培训项目要打破传统的学科化的培训模式,应遵循科学的培训设计流程实施新教师培训项目的开发,即基于新教师岗位工作任务分析,合理实施培训需求评估,创造有利于学习发生的环境并对培训项目的有效性进行评估。
In developing new teacher-training programs for higher vocational colleges,we should break away from the traditional training model,which is based on desciplines,and follow a scientific design process,which is based on new teachers'task analysis and a reasonable assessment of the training needs.In addition,we should also try hard to create an environment conducive to learning and scientifically assess the effectiveness of the training programs.
