基于Virtex-5 FPGA的激光电视色域变换算法的实现

摘要 随着激光显示技术的日益成熟,"第四代电视"激光电视以其颜色的丰富与逼真受到业界的高度重视。由于激光电视与传统电视的色域和形成颜色的基本原理不同,现有的显示制式不支持激光显示。要实现彩色视频信号的兼容,必须将传统光源三基色向激光三基色做色度映射。文章介绍了激光电视的原理与特点,根据映射矩阵,搭建了一种色域变换系统,并利用Xilinx公司的Virtex-5 FPGA硬件平台验证了设计的正确性。 As the laser display technology has become more sophisticated , "the fourth generation of television" - Laser TV is paid more attention to for its rich and vivid colors by the industry. As the laser TV and traditional TV color gamut is different from the basic principles of the formation of a different color,display format does not support the existing laser display.To achieve the compatibility of color video signals, the traditional three-color light do to the color laser three-color map. The principles and characteristics of the laser television is discussed in this paper,and according to the mapping matrix,a system of color gamut transformation is built. Xilinx's Virtex-5 FPGA hardware platform is used to verify the correctness of the design.
