锚钉治疗膝内侧副韧带损伤的临床分析

Outcomes of anchor screw in injury of medial collateral ligament of knee joint

目的:评价应用锚钉治疗膝关节内侧副韧带损伤的临床疗效。方法:2008年4月～2011年2月对36例膝关节内侧副韧带损伤患者,应用锚钉固定重建韧带手术。结果:术后随访36例,随访2～36个月,优良率为94.2%。结论:锚钉固定治疗膝关节内侧副韧带损伤,能够立即稳定膝关节,减少膝关节进一步损伤,是早期治疗膝关节内侧副韧带损伤的一种有效方法。

Objective：To verify the clinical outcomes of treating injury of medial collateral ligament（MCL） of knee joint with anchor screw.Methods：Between Apr.2008 and Feb.2011,36 patients with knee MCL injury received joint reconstruction with anchor screw.Results：The total 36 patients were followed up from 2 to 36 months and the results showed that 94.2% were excellently recovered.Conclusion：Reconstruction of the knee MCL injury with anchor screw is an early effective intervention of this injury,for it can simultaneously fix the joint to prevent it from secondary damage.
