摘要
采用非线性有限元LS-DYNA软件仿真与试验两种方法,研究了泡沫铝填充件对薄壁圆管碰撞稳定性的改善.首先,根据碰撞力要求,设计选择了薄壁圆管及泡沫铝填充件各参数;通过样件试验与有限元仿真计算,两者获得了较为一致的结果,从而证实了设计的合理性及非线性有限元仿真的可行性.最后,把上述结果应用于列车被动安全装置防爬器的碰撞仿真中.
With two experiment methods and nonlinear finite element analysis(FEA) simulation with LS-DYNA software,this paper studied the effect of thin-walled pipe filled with aluminum foam on the stability of vehicle passive safety energy-absorbing device.First,the parameters of thin-walled pipe and aluminum foam were design and select based on the crash-force limitation.Then,an experiment was carried out and a CAE model was established on computer.It is proved that the two methods can get consistent results after comparative analysis.Last,the results were applied to vehicle passive safety energy-absorbing device anti-creeper.
