摘要
目的:建立一种对草药不同入药部位进行质量评价的电化学指纹图谱方法.方法:采用H+-Mn2+-CH3COCH3-BrO 3-为振荡体系,以待测草药为反应底物,应用电化学工作站记录化学振荡体系中的电位随时间的变化,获得草药电化学指纹图谱,利用指纹图谱的特征参数进行质量评价.结果:草药不同部位的电化学指纹图谱特征参数(诱导时间、振荡寿命、最大振幅等)有明显差异.结论:中草药电化学指纹图谱能够全面反映中药化学成分整体群集特征,利用该指纹图谱对中草药不同部位进行质量评价是可行的.
The electrochemistry fingerprint was used to evaluate different parts of herbs medicine to provide a theoretical basis and methods for internal quality evaluation of herbs medicine.H+-Mn2+-CH3COCH3-BrO3-chemical oscillation system was used to join some herbs as reaction substrate,and the electrochemical potential of oscillation system over time was recorded.The electrochemistry fingerprint of herbs medicine was obtained using electrochemical workstation.These characteristic parameters were applied to evaluate the quality of different parts of herbs medicine.Electrochemistry fingerprint of different parts of herbs medicine has significant differences.Electrochemistry fingerprint of herbs can response component integrity.It shows that this method can assess different parts of herbs medicine effectively.
