摘要
为了寻求新型植物源杀虫剂,本试验以棉铃虫为试虫,采用饲料混毒法对何首乌、桂皮和花椒3种植物干粉及何首乌不同溶剂提取物进行了生物活性测定。结果表明:3种植物干粉对棉铃虫的生长抑制率由高到低依次为:何首乌>桂皮>花椒;用何首乌干粉处理饲料进行饲喂(第5天不换饲料),试虫则一直处于幼虫状态直至死亡。70%乙醇粗提物和水粗提物对棉铃虫的生长发育均有显著影响,第5天时体重抑制率分别达到了78.9%和80.4%。
In order to find the latest botanical insecticides,the growth and development effect of three plants powders and different solvent extracts of Polygonum multiflorum on the H.armigera were tested by diet-incorporated method in this article.The results showed that the inhibitory rate of growth was P.multiflorumCassia barkZanthoxylum bungeanumm Maxim.The H.armigera all died in the laval stage if the treatment diet of P.multiflorum powders did not renew with the normal diet in the 5th day.The 70% Ethanol extracts and the water extracts had strong inhibition of growth on the H.armigera and the inhibitory rate of weight was 78.9% and 80.4% in the 5th day,respectively.
