摘要
利用超声技术萃取塑料制品中的双酚A并利用荧光光度法检测其萃取含量,对测定条件进行了优化。方法的线性范围0.5~25mg/L,线性相关系数为0.999 6,检出限为0.2mg/L,回收率在91.1%~100.4%之间,相对标准偏差低于4.3%。萃取并测定了实际样品中双酚A的含量,结果令人满意。
A simple,rapid method for the determination of bisphenol A in plastic product extracts was developed by ultrasonic extraction coupled with fluorophotometry.Parameters that affect the extraction efficiencies and determination were investigated.Under the optimum conditions,the proposed method is sensitive and shows a good linearity within a range of 0.5-25 mg/L,with the correlation coefficients(r) is 0.999 6,The limits of detection(LODs) was 0.2 mg/L,the recoveries of the target analytes from four different samples was 91.1% ~100.4%,the relative standard deviations(RSDs,n=10) were below 4.3%.The proposed method was applied successfully to the determination of BPA in the plastic samples.
