摘要
延迟焦化装置是炼厂的重要生产装置.其焦炭塔采用水力除焦,除焦过程通过PLC进行控制。焦化装置现用水力除焦控制系统老化严重.功能上和安全上存在很多缺陷.在装置大修期间,对其进行了大幅度的改造,使之成为一套技术先进、功能完善、安全可靠、易操作、易维护的系统。从系统的自组成及重要联锁等方面对改造后的控制系统进行阐述。
Delayed coking unit is the important equipment in petroleum refinery production. Its coke tower is de-coked hydraulically, and the decoking process is controlled by PLC. Current hydraulic decoking control system in coking unit is seriously aged, and there are many defects in its functionality and safety.
