摘要
针对国内某发动机生产企业的设备管理现状,提出一套完整的状态检修系统实施方案。该系统采用基于故障树和FMEA的可靠性分析方法,实现对加工中心的检修优化,并以点检数据为基础,利用模糊数学和灰色理论分别实现了对加工中心的故障诊断和状态评估,最终提供优化的检修决策方案,为发动机制造企业实现设备状态检修提供了技术支持。
Aiming at the situation of device management in one domestic engine manufacturer, an overall design project of condition maintenance system is proposed in this paper. This system uses an reliability method based on fault tree analysis and FMEA, optimizes the maintenance of the machining center. Meanwhile, under the foundation of spot-inspection data, it uses fuzzy mathematics and gray theory to realize the fault diagnosis and condition assessment of the equipment respectively. And finally, this system can provide technical support for engine manufacturers to realize condition maintenance through optimized maintenance decisions.
