轿车车身壳体曲面零件的仿生设计研究

摘要 以板壳类中的甲鱼壳为例,研究其结构特性,借助逆向工程方面的理论和方法,应用Pro/E软件对壳体曲面、骨骼截面进行了仿生设计;以Pro/E和Matlab软件相结合创建了更利于加工的复合曲面;结合轿车车身零件的设计要求对重构曲面进行了受力分析,并对其在轿车车身零件中的应用做了探讨。 Taking the board shell class shell(soft-shelled turtle shell) as the object of study, studies its structural property, with the theory and the method of the reverse-engineering, using the Pro/E software to design the shell surface and the skeleton section; carries out the compound surface which is favored to be processed by interaction of Pro/E and Matlab; carries on the stress analysis to the restructuring surface with the car bodies' design requirements, makes the discussion on it in the car body components' application.
