摘要 介绍声发射技术的定义、原理和特点,以及声发射技术作为一种新型的动态无损检测方法在木材工业中的应用,重点分析当前国内外学者对木材及木基复合材料损伤断裂中声发射特性的研究情况,指出由木材及木基复合材料损伤断裂中的声发射特性,可以在线监测木质材料裂纹尖端起裂时间、破坏源的位置以及材料损伤的严重性,较好的识别木质材料损伤断裂的不同阶段,对构件的安全性检测具有重要意义。在此基础上,指出今后声发射技术在木质材料科学领域的发展趋势。 Acoustic emission technology,as one of the new types of dynamic NDT method,was introduced in this paper from aspects of its definition,theory and characteristics as well as its application in wood industry.The research progress of acoustic emission technology in wood and wood based composite materials both home and abroad was analyzed with emphasis.It was indicated that the acoustic emission characteristic of wood and wood based composite materials could monitor the fracture initiation time of the crack tip in wood materials,the position of destructive source and the damage degree of the wood materials.It could also distinguish the different stages of damage and fracture in wood materials,which had very important significance to the safety detection of the component.Base on this,the development of acoustic emission technology in wood material science was pointed out.
