摘要
针对当前林木种子采收环节效率低下的情况,分析采种作业的特点及其对相关采种设备的特殊要求。设计3种不同的结构方案,并结合实际确定出最终的设计方案加以实施,生产出实体样机并进行山地环境下的性能及工作能力测试,检验该采种机设计的合理性和性能。
Aiming at the low efficiency of tree seed harvesting for current session,the characteristics of collecting operation and the special requirement of related equipment were all analyzed.Three different structure schemes were designed,and the optimal one that fitted to the actual condition was finally determined and then put into practice.After the physical prototype was produced,its properties and working ability were tested in hilly area in order to validate the harvester's performance and rationality.
