为进一步开发利用Wasabi的药用价值,采用萃取和蒸馏的方法,提取Wasabi中有效成分异硫氰酸酯,用于洗足液的配制和杀菌实验.研究结果表明,Wasabi洗足液对肠道菌和金黄色葡萄球菌等病原菌有明显的杀菌作用,杀菌率为80%～97%,这对于预防脚气病等有一定作用,而且不损伤皮肤.为Wasabi的进一步开发利用开辟了一条新的途径.

This research is for the purpose of the widel development and use of Wasabi for the medicinal value. With the extract and the distillation method, prople can withdraw the effective component mustard oil, from Wasabi and use it as the configuration and the sterilization experiment of the foot-washing lotion. The findings indicate that Wasabi foot-washing lotion to the intestinal tract fungus and golden yellow staphylococcus has the obvious sterilization, The bacteria-killing efficiency is 80 -97%. It has opened a new way for the Wasabi use.
