为了解校园室外空气微生物情况及研究空气微生物群落结构和生态分布特点,对河北大学学校室外3个功能区5个监测点进行采样,分别检测细菌和霉菌菌落总数.结果表明校园室外空气质量属于清洁和较清洁;校园空气微生物以细菌为主,占62.4%;校园室外微生物的生态分布有以下规律:北院主道路>北院足球场>南院主道路>南院篮球场>毓秀园;校园室外空气微生物时空分布有较大差异.

I t carries on the Sampling to the Hebei University school outdoor 3 functional regions and 5 test points, and examines the bacterium and the mold colony total separately. The： result indicates that the campus outside air quality is clean and near clean; The campus air microorganism by the bacterium primarily, accounts for 62.4%; the campus outdoor microorganism＇s ecology distribution has the following rule.. North courtyard main path 〉 North Soccer field.South courtyard main path〉South basketball court〉Yu Xiu garden. The campus outside air microorganism＇s distribution has big difference in space and time.
