摘要
对河南省9所中学的54名800m跑成绩无显著差异的男生中长跑运动员,采用可调节沙袋衣负重训练,通过正交法设计实验,选取3个因素,各分3种水平:A速度训练(60m×8、100m×6、150m×4)、B负重量(0%、3%、5%)、C耐力训练(1 500m、2 000m、3 000m),进行8周的实验统计,每周五测量800m成绩并进行数据分析.试验结果显示:影响河南省中学中长跑运动员800m运动成绩的因素,按照前后顺序分别是负重量、耐力训练、速度训练;最佳训练方案是A2B2C3;穿着可调节沙袋衣负重训练有助于成绩的提高.
In 9 middle schools of Henan 800 m there are no significant differences in scores of 54 man middle-long-distance athletes. By orthogonal design experiments, The research selects the three factors and three levels: loading weight(0%, 3 %, 5 % ), velocity training (60 m× 8,150 m× 6,200 m × 5), endurance training ( 1 500 m, 2 000 m, 3 000 m). Test statistics are for 8 weeks, measuring 800 m results and data analysis in every Friday. The results show that the impact factors are loading weight, velocity training, endurance training in descent sequence; the best training programs is A2B2C3; the adjustable loading training suits can promote the 800m performance.
