摘要
提出了一种适用于混合架构无线Mesh网络的按需路由协议,即MOMDSR(mesh-oriented multipathDSR)。它在DSR(dynamic source routing)协议的基础上,根据Mesh骨干网和客户端域的不同特性,引入路由确认过程,帮助形成Mesh路由器的逐跳路由表,缩短了DSR中数据报文头部所携带的源路由信息,减少了路由开销。同时,它在DSR的路由发现过程中引入了多路径机制。仿真结果表明,MOMDSR协议与DSR协议相比,减少了协议的路由开销,报文传输率有所提高。
A new on - demand routing protocol, MOMDSR ( Mesh - oriented multipath DSR), was proposed to suit for hybrid wireless Mesh networks. On the basis of DSR protocol and according to the respective properties of backbone WMNs and client WMNs,a process of route acknowledgement was introduced, in which the hop - to - hop routing tables of Mesh router were formed. The length of the source route information in the head of a data message in DSR can be shortened and the routing overhead of protocol can be reduced. Meanwhile, MOMDSR added muhipath method in DSR route discovery. The result of simulation indicate the routing overhead of MOMDSR was less than that of DSR, and MOMDSR performed better than DSR on metrics of packet delivery ratio.
