Governmental Knowledge Management Model Based on Drivers,Processes and Performance

从政府知识管理驱动力、政府部门的知识共享、政府知识管理系统,以及政府知识管理绩效评估等方面阐述了国内外政府知识管理研究的最新进展情况,提出了一种基于知识管理的政府知识管理模型,系统地阐述了政府知识管理模型所涉及的各个环节及其作用,为政府实施知识管理提供了借鉴性指导。

In the new age of knowledge economy, the traditional frame of administration inevitably encounter with new challenge. Here we summarized the knowledge management drivers, the knowledge sharing, the knowledge management system and the knowledge management performance evaluation in public administration. A knowledge management model for government was pro- posed. The related aspects of governmental knowledge management model and their effects were systematically discussed. The model can provide reference guidance for the government to implement knowledge management.
